This policy explains how your personal data is processed when you visit wopi-d.com and contact us, under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

1. What data we process

• Contact form and email: your name, email address, phone number (optional), project type and the information you share in your message.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and time of visit.
• Cookie data: cookies required for the site to work, and statistics cookies set by Google Analytics 4.

2. Why we process it

• To respond to your quote and project requests and to communicate with you,
• To prepare a proposal and manage the contract process if you request it,
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse and spam,
• To measure which pages of the site attract interest using anonymised statistics, and to improve the site,
• To meet our legal obligations.

3. Legal grounds

Your data is processed under Article 5 of the KVKK on the grounds that processing is directly related to entering into or performing a contract, is necessary to meet our legal obligations, and is necessary for our legitimate interests provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. For statistics cookies we rely on your explicit consent; you can block these cookies at any time in your browser settings.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. To provide our service we use the following providers:

• The hosting provider for the site and email,
• The email service used to manage incoming mail (Google),
• Google Analytics for visitor statistics,
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us there.

Some of these providers have servers outside Türkiye, so your data may be transferred abroad through them. Your data may also be shared with authorised public authorities where required by law.

5. How long we keep it

We keep contact requests for up to 2 years after the request is concluded, and records of work that becomes a contract for the period required by the applicable legislation. At the end of that period the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed and, if so, to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties it is transferred to; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request deletion or destruction where the conditions are met; to object; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.
